The site explains PawTrust's concept and development status. It does not allow you to create an account, contract a walk, receive a binding offer or download an app.
3. Product information
Features described here refer to the product being prepared. Final availability may change before launch for technical, operational, legal or security reasons. When the service opens, service-specific terms will be published before anyone can contract it.
4. Permitted use
You may view and share links to these pages for personal and lawful purposes. You may not:
- interfere with the site's security, availability or operation;
- attempt to access systems or information without authorisation;
- use the content to impersonate PawTrust or mislead others;
- substantially reproduce the design, marks or copy for commercial purposes without permission;
- introduce harmful code, automate abusive traffic or infringe another person's rights.

The PawTrust brand, design, copy, graphics and other original elements belong to their owner or are used with permission. Browsing does not grant a licence beyond the personal viewing necessary to access the site.

This website does not process binding bookings, charges, Stripe, escrow, commissions, cancellations, refunds or walker payouts. It also does not provide KYC, identity checks, selfies or criminal-record checks.
Merely using this website does not currently create a walk-service contract between the visitor and PawTrust.

The information explains a product in preparation and is not veterinary, medical, legal or other professional advice. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for decisions made as if a future feature were already available.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded, or any mandatory consumer rights.

11. Applicable law
These terms are interpreted under Spanish law. This choice does not remove any mandatory protection available to consumers or change statutory rules on territorial jurisdiction.
